We offer a 14-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.

- For orders below €35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
How do I adjust my watch?
Your watch is designed for a precise, comfortable fit. The stainless steel bracelet can be adjusted by removing or adding links.
Use a small pin tool to carefully push out the pins from the links. Remove the necessary links and reinsert the pins securely.
For the best fit, adjust the links evenly on both sides of the clasp so the watch stays centered on your wrist.
If you’re unsure, any local jeweler can resize your watch quickly and safely.
Are your watches durable and water-resistant?
Yes, our watches are crafted from high-quality materials, including 316L stainless steel and scratch-resistant mineral glass, ensuring long-lasting durability for everyday wear.
They are water-resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM), making them suitable for daily use such as washing hands, showering, and light swimming. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water and not using the chronograph functions underwater to maintain optimal performance over time.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all watches come with a 6 month warranty on manufacturing defects.
